This is me!
A recent book release event I went to by New York Design Club.
My first tabling event for my small business.
Hi! I’m Alyssa Hong, a graphic design student at FIT in New York City. Growing up across the Hudson, I spent a lot of my childhood with family in Chinatown and Brooklyn, and am constantly inspired by all the creative spaces that have emerged.
When I’m not on Illustrator, I can be found taking photos with friends, working at a cafe, or sketching new ideas for my small business. I like to try a variety of crafts to keep my creativity active and would love to work for a company that shares my enthusiasm for trying new things.
Originally, I studied photography, but found love for the combination of art and technology that graphic design allows. From hand or computer printed publications to web and animation design, I enjoy trying everything and believe trying new kinds of media makes me a better designer.
